About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and product managers to design beautiful and functional digital products.

Responsibilities

Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and/or mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing
Translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Maintain and improve design systems and UI guidelines
Stay up to date with UX/UI trends and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly
Good communication and teamwork skills
English proficiency at a working level

Nice to Have

Experience working with startups or agile teamsBasic understanding of HTML/CSSExperience in usability testing or analytics toolsKnowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
