About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

1Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

2Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Experience in the technology or consulting industry
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
